normal range for blood pressure

Just come back from my midwife appointment and i have to go back in a week as she said my BP was a bit high at 140/80.

2 weeks ago it was 130/70

But normally is always been around 110/60.

Ive never had any problems in my previous pregnancies with my BP so was wondering what are the normal ranges?

I have PIH (pregnancy induced hypertension) and take medication for high bp. Anything over 140/90 is classed as borderline/high bp. That's what I'm.told anyway. X

mine was 138/70 a few weeks ago when I was suffering from terrible migraines, but they have since stopped and mine has been about 122/70. My dr told me it is fine.

normal is 120/80 i think, i think they dont reall worry until its like 140/90. good luck

It can range depending on your age. I think that 90/55 to 120/80 is pretty average depending on the person. Mine usually ranges about 115-120/65-75. It really depends on the time of day. She probably just wants you back b/c yours has jumped more than 20 since the beginning of your pregnancy. It is better that she is keeping a close eye on ya. Your bottom number is good and that is usually the number that is of most concern, so try to relax b/c being worried only increases bp.

mines always 110/70 I was told 130ish is high, maybe just for me because i have low bp normally x

Mines 118/65 its the bottom number more than the top that they worry about. I believe once it gets to /80 they arnt worried as such but just keep an eye on it.

Mine now is consistently 128 / 86 and i have been seen weekly for the last 5 weeks as the mw says its borderline. It does vary greatly between people and my mw said they use your booking in Bp as a marker for what's normal 'for you'.

My booking in was 110/60 which is the 'norm' for me.
Ive had a stressful day so hopefully by next week its back to normal! x
