normal to pass large clot after 2 weeks?

I have been having some tummy pains past couple of days & last night was bad for a little while (kind of the same pains like I'm about to run for the loo!) & this evening I passed quite a big clot (but not as big as a golf ball or anything)

Bleeding has been pretty minimal recently so was surprised to get this now but i have been walking quite alot the past couple of days I don't feel quite right like I might pass another.

Is this normal?

I think it's normal,
Right about now the scab formed over the placenta site is sloughing off which could have easily been the clot. It may also be that you're doing to much to soon. Right after delivery your bleeding will be affected by your activity level so try to take it easy, you're still in early stages of recovery. Any more clots larger in size, associated with pain- I would call the ob.
