Normal to start light bleed 18 days after

Hi ladies! I had my lo 18 days ago, my bleeding had stopped last week it went a yellow colour, just been to toilet and noticed when I wiped I'm bleeding again not a lot it's when I wiped and some on my pad it's a pinky red colour, should I be worried x
