Normally heavy AF lasted 3 days

So normally AF is about 6-7 days with at least 5 days of heavy flow. This was three, one day of heavy flow and now today' it's barely there. I've never had such a short period ever! Even on BCP like ten years ago.

My temps have dropped and I got a BFN on the test I just took, I really don't think I'm pregnant, more so wondering if any other women with normally heavy AF have these odd short cycles.

I can't help but I did have a similar issue this cycle. I've been about 5 days with at least 3-4 heavy flow days. This time I had 5 days really light spotting, 2 heavy days, and then 2 light days again.. Really strange and confusing as I thought maybe it was IB at first. I also took a HPT with a BFN.CD 14 now for me.
