Not bleeding enough after chemical

I started bleeding 5 days after my missed period but only a bit of red spotting, then brown spotting.
My tests are negative now, but I hardly think that is enough to get rid of everything?
We hope to continue ttc in December.

Well that depends I guess. How dark were your positive tests prior to spotting?
