I keep expecting my lo to cluster feed but so far he hasn't. He feeds every two hours for 45-60 minutes and I have to wake him for feeds. I'm thinking part of it is because he's jaundiced so very sleepy still.
Is this normal?

with my lo I was feeding a lot too but only for short periods, newborn babies tend to feed a lot more but most likely a lot of the time you are feeding he is just on for comfort. as long as he is awake now and again everything should be fine. you could always call the NBT if you have got any worries

It can take sometimes for newborns to become "awake" and constant feeding to start. My son fed for 30min every 3 hours for the first week or two and then the growth spurt hit and it was every hour during the day and 2-3 hours during the night, he's also a snacker.

If it helps we didn't get to the cluster feeding stage until just after DS was 2 weeks old :)
