Not got letter from tax credits yet!

Hiya all, im really worried, i managed to get through to the tax credits on 31st July (i do this every year bcoz im rubbish lol) ive still been getting the same payments. I know they must be busy but surely i should have had the letter by now with the calculations?

When i rang up, my payments changed the following week. Maybe give them a call and check everything is ok with your claim x

I'd give them a ring. Your awards notification could of got lost in the post. I ran up a few weeks ago to inform them of changes and had a letter off them a week later.

Definitely give them a ring.

I sent through a claim form in Aug and they sent a reply on Sept 5th ...apparently! I never received it, then when I phone the other day they sent out the award notice again, along with another award notice due to my change in finances for this year.

They're good to talk to...if you get the right person!
