I was wondering if anyone is in the same boat? I just wake up with my stomach feeling full, and I get those sharp pains on my side in my muscles when I turn over which are a wake up call. Then I pee all night lol, sneeze 50 at a time, and have such a stuffy nose that I dry out my mouth from breathing threw it all night and wake up choaking! lol The other morning I started crying cause I felt that I am just a mess! Then I realized that my emotions must be getting to me cause it really isnt that bad so I started laughing at myself, then back into crying!! My hubby was like what in the heck is wrong! ha ha!:headspin:

I have no trouble falling asleep, but then when I get up for my 3 am wee, I have loads of trouble getting back to sleep. I have had lots of trouble being able to find a comfy spot.

As for the crying, I spent about 20 minutes one night crying cause I could not find a parking place so I could pickup a take away. My poor DH, had not idea what to do. I just blubbed that I was pregnant!!!

I've had trouble sleeping since week 16. My legs always seem to hurt when I lay on my side even with a pillow in between them. I normally just toss and turn for awhile then fall asleep.. wake up in a couple hours and repeat.

I know how you feel. I started feeling uncomfortable at night around 14 weeks. That lasted until about 19 weeks and for some reason that last few weeks havent really been that bad. I havent had to pee nearly as often and I think Im getting kinda used to my tummy cause it doesnt feel nearly as big. The only problem I have now is that my hips start to hurt from sleeping on my darn sides all night, I hate that!

If you're just now having sleeping problems, then consider yourself lucky! I'm about 14 wks, and I've already been having sleeping problems for awhile- the phantom hunger, strange pains in groin, inner thigh, and stomach, and having to pee all night.

:hugs:

peeing is definately a problem... 2-4 times a night for me.

sore hips from sleeping in wierd positions. I'm normally a tummy sleeper so being pregnant is hard on my sleeping habits. I have found the pillow between the knees and under the tummy helps a lot.

I get so tired at 9pm but if I don't get to bed til 11pm it's midnight before I get to sleep... :yawning as I type this::

:dohh:

Yah, I'm in an akward pregnancy stage... I'm just starting to feel 'topsy turvy' and unsure of my footing, so I really feel like a whale in bed

I almost wish I were huge so I could actually look as goofy as I feel LOL

With all that said, I'm still on :cloud9:

you sound just like me im having same problems hubby thinks im going bananas and im keeping him awake all night tossing and turning. my throat is dry at night to so i have a drink then need yet more wees. also ive never had such dry lips they look awful what a mess we can be xxx

I have trouble sleeping because of the mental dreams I keep having. Ive been having terrible nightmares. Not sure if its another pregnancy thing or because Im stressed but its quite annnoying!

xxx

Just wanted to give you a hug, I am sure you are not a mess babe.....but quite a few of us get like this, and struggle to sleep quite early on, I stayed up soo late and I have no idea how I managed it! :hugs:x

I sleep very lightly at night, waking up regularly. I make one toilet stop per night and one very early in the morning. For some reason the moment the sun rises.....I fall asleep deeply and wake up in the afternoon! That time is the best sleep. I do get a lot of dreams though and I am thirsty all the time. I'm enjoying this time though,as I have just resigned from my job. Now I can relax and take care of myself!:happydance:

Me too..I have dry lips and they are starting to get red. I also hate that- your mouth drys out, then you need more water, then you need to pee more and that means less sleep! Its a cycle. But really not that bad when you think about that lil baby. Its just nice to have a buddy to talk with about it

yeah i cant wait to meet my baby but im also enjoying watching my belly expand which it seems to be doing now.

back to the sleeping thing i slept with a flatter pillow underneath my bump whilst i slept on myside i found that was less pressure on bump xx
