NTNP no AF, when is it time to test?!

My bf and I are NTNP. I'm 18 dpo and 4-5 days late! Still no AF. I have experienced mild cramping, swollen/tender breasts, nausea, I eat nonstop and I've noticed what feels like acid reflux. Today I notices my breasts also seemed very veiny. I don't "feel" pregnant but am I just in denial? Could I really get a BFP?! I would love some of your opinions! I just don't want to get my hopes up.

Those are all pregnancy symptoms, but most could be AF symptoms too. A HPT would be accurate now, so you can take a test when you're ready.
