Nub shots! 13 week 6 days tech guessed boy but I am ify. What do you think??

Hi, I am new here and would really like some opinions on my nub shot! I have read alot about the nub theory but have also read about the white line, so I am confused and would just like opinions or GUESSES The white line doesn't seem to be at an angle to me from the spine, but there is a bump on the top of it that has me questioning that. Help PLEASEEEE and THANK YOU.

What clear ultrasound pics!! That's amazing!

I too had my scan last week and our health authority refuses to sex the baby, but when I brought pictures into work all the mums said that two white dots on the scan near the gentials signifies a boy, but if there are lines then it is a girl.... is that true?

If so my bub has more lines than dots...

It's all so exciting! Weewa13 will you get another scan later to find out for sure?

Thanks for your opinions, ladies! I also put the pics up on ingender and got most girl guesses with a few boys. I'm just ify on that bump on top of the nub white line. That is the one thing that has me thinking boy. What is that?? lol it's bugging me so bad.... Good thing I get another ultrasound in 1 week and 4 days ahhh! I will be 16 weeks at that point. Any more guesses?? Thanks again

can You explain the "nub" theory? I've never heard of it?

The nub theory is based on the tiny nub sticking out that both girls and boys have at this stage. For a girl it's said that the nub will be parallel to the spine with no angle up and for boy it's said that it will be at an angle up from the spine like 30 degree angle or more. You can go to ingender and read about that. I've also read things about that white line thats on the nub or is the nub. My baby's seems to be straight but then there is that bump on top of it that does point up in the first picture, which has me so confused. I actually thought i'd get mostly boy guesses based on that first pic, but I seem to be getting alot of girl Shocked!

p.s. You have to get a side view pic like mine with the spine pretty straight to see the angle of the nub good enough to guess. They say it's pretty accurate, but i've seen plenty online that ended up being wrong. So i don't know..
