Nub/skull theory.. U guys are the experts!

I have absolutely no idea what we are having. Picture is 12weeks 2days. Tech told us possibly girl then Dr. came him and said possibly boy. So we are totally 50/50.. We booked a private scan for 15 weeks. Any guesses ladies? I don't even know where the nub is!
