Nub Theory??? 14 weeks and 4 days accurate???

Okay so Went to the U/S lady said I was to early to tell, Went to that area and she said that she usually don't say anything but she thinks theres something there but still didn't want to say 100% which I know they wont do anyways. So Im just confused after reading the nub theory when does the nub completely go away or when does it start going away??

14+4 in my opinion is early and wouldnt be as accurate as done a little later.
