I realize it might be a little early, but baby was measuring 11W5D and the ultrasound tech felt that the nub was pretty clear, so she made a guess (not going to say what, though!)

We are currently team :yellow: but pretty sure I'm going to change that and find out gender when we get our chromosomal results back in a few weeks. Anyway, would love nub theory guesses just for fun!

If what I think is the nub actually is the nub then I'm guessing girl!

I'm guessing boy, nub looks raised and the forehead. But it's early.

All nubs look girly at 11 weeks as the hormone which creates the change doesnt happen until the 12-13th week Im afraid. 50/50 from me :) Do you have any other scans coming up? or can you book a private scan for 13 weeks when the nub should be perfect!

6lilpigs no, they denied me a 12-week scan because I opted to do Verifi :( The only reason they did the 11-week scan is because they couldn't find the heartbeat on the Doppler and they freaked out. So I don't get to see little bean until 20 weeks I'm afraid. By that time we will have the Verifi results if we decide to find out gender definitively, I was just hoping to get an inkling of gender while we're waiting for the Verifi results to come back.

Haha, I was supposed to be team yellow. I should have known I'd break down and want to find out!

How long does the Verifi take to come through?:)
I had a scan on my current bump at 11w 2d and had the longest flattest girliest nub ever, with a tiny little fork on it! So baby was called Mary Lauren, then at 20 weeks little Mary had a clear willy on her lol, so a quick name change to Albert happened:) Team yellow is the most agonising fun you'll ever have, do you think you may hold off and not peek at the result:)

I wish, but knowing me, no... :)

*surreptitiously checks patient portal to see if Verifi results are in yet*

ETA: Doctor said 2-3 weeks or perhaps even longer, because of the holiday
