Nutramigen Lipil 1 Help

My 5 weeks old daughter started Nutramigen Lipil 1 on Tuesday, doctor said I would see an immediate improvement but no change at all so far, she has also reduced her feed from 4oz to 2oz but feeding more regularly and has no problem taking the milk but her skin is still awful and still flaring and all other symptoms still there, should I go back to doctors or give it a couple of weeks?

The dr told me it would be immediate too but it takes 2 weeks for dairy to leave your system apparently so I would try a bit longer, the milk has really helped my DS.
