Has anyone ever used it? I bought some because I'm having really bad trouble getting to sleep. I can go to bed and still be awake 2 hours later. I just wondered if it actually worked or whether it's a rip off?

yes. Works for me. Not nytol herbal though, that didnt do anythin!

I used it a few weeks back for about a week straight and it worked great for me hun,
it knocked me out after about 10-15mins, best thing to do is try not to lay there wondering how long its going to take you to get to sleep and try not to get frustrated, just relax and hopefully it should work for you hun xx

Oh, I got the herbal one cause there were no others... well I am tired when I go to bed I just can't get to sleep for ages and it's driving me mad! Hopefully these will work for me!

The herbal ones are rubbish - you need the Nytol one-a-night ones (only available from a pharmacy & not for long term use) hope that helps chick xx

I used nytol 10 or so years ago and it worked then.

The Nytol one a night ones worked for me.I would not reccomend Kalms tho - they seemed to make me worse and even more awake lol Not good x

it never worked with me either, only thing i got to work was horlicks an a night read! cos i am 80!
