O pain? Cysts? Clomid..

Hi everyone
I'm not sure what I'm experiencing here.. I'm on clomid again after success on 50 mg in September and than loss in October.. I am on 50 again 5-9. This time i didn't have the hotflashes I did before.. But I was MOODY! Poor DH.. Anyway I'm on cd 16. I have had ewcm for 4 days now. I had cramping on my left side yesterday and now low center today. Still no +opk. Could it just not be detecting my surge. Because of PCOS I use to always have +opks so they were not reliable. I got a +opk cd 14 with fmu but the - with second morning urine... & - ever since. I did not have cramps untill after the flook opk. So confused! The cramps are kind of intense today.. Could it be a cyst?

Also I should mention since cd 10 I have tested like 4 times a day so I don't think I would miss it. I'm using answer opks.. And was advised by my Obgyn not to bother with opks because they don't work for everyone. When I got Oregon in September I used them. Got + cd 16 and had a positive ever since (I stopped testing when I had a bfp)

Hi Katie..I'm on my first cycle of Clomid too...not experiencing any side effects either and having negative opks too...I have pcos and also been told they are unreliable....I know it prob doesn't help but after years TTC I conceived my son...I used a clearblue fertility monitor at the time and it never picked up I ovulated...so I think with pcos it can be difficult to know x

Thank you cdmb r u being monitored? I gues my problem is that I am not. So I don't know if i ovulate unless I get pregnant or rely on other signs such as the ewcm and SHOW.. Baby dust to you! Clomid worked for me the first time. Hope it works for you too!

No im not being monitored at all!! So like you...no idea if its working...I've just been given 3 months n told to come back after then if it doesn't work! Im really rubbish at reading my body's signs as I don't ovulate on my own. Baby dust to you too!!! X

Same. They said I can only take it 3 times. Theystarted me at 50 and said they will double it each time it didn't work. But because I got Oregon the first time they won't up it. But from what I read, you can get "use to" the miligrams..

Thank you Lisa for posting! I do not temp :-/ I don't have a regular sleep sch unfortunately. I hope so. Do you know if opks get gradually dark closer to ov or if it just is or isn't? I just just took one. Test line was darker but still not +

Some girls OPKs get gradually darker, others just suddenly turn positive. That may be what happened in your case, that would explain the cramps too.
