O/T but extremely sore toe

So the title say it all. My toe is exceptionally sore and red all around the nail.
I clipped them all and everything else is fine except this little fecker. Its the one next to my baby toe.

So it's all red and puffy and next to the nail in the corner its sorta white, even though the rest is red?

I'm not asking you to diagnose my toe, if it gets worse, I shall see the GP what I am asking is, what pain medication can I take in the mean time?

Acetaminophen is safe during all of pregnancy as far as I know.. xx

^ agreed. sadly thats all you can take.

i have the EXACT thing, and i was told to soak in HOT soapy water 3 times a day for 15 minutes. I did this for about a week and it got soooo much better. But i went to my doctor the other day and he ended up prescribing me antibiotics to make sure it doesn't get worse.

hopefully it will just go away. but if it ends up getting infected or any worse, just soak it until you can see the doctor

my doctor said regular strength tylenol is okay as long as you don't go overboard with it.

I'm going too the hospital in a little bit because I have EXTREME foot pain D;

It sounds like what i used to have, keep an eye on it though cause the redness could signal an infection. Keep it clean and soak it in a dish of water with a bit of salt added (to kill any germs)
