Hi I was wondering if there is a prevention for obstetric cholestasis? I am 23 weeks pregnant..third one and had OC with last 2 daughters..first 8 weeks early, second 4 weeks but as the doctors didn't listen to my request of steroid injection she was born with immature lungs and we nearly lost her. Both girls 12 and 10 hrs healthy and grown up.. Big gap this time and since then have had my gallbladder removed but have been told I still have high chance of OC. Has anyone started drinking dandelion tea etc to help ease or prevent OC.
