Occasional pain 8 months later

Does anyone else have internal pain months after the c-section? Mine was 8 months ago. The scar healed well and I get no pain there but it is about 2 inches higher in line with the right end of the scar. It can still be quite tender if pressed. The left side is absolutely fine. The surface area above the painful bit is still numb. I wonder if that side maybe hasnt properly healed?

I'm the same. Had mine just over 8 months ago. The area above the scar can be tender/numb. For me, the right side is fine, but I get pain in the left side. It's not constant, just comes and goes. Can be like a burning/stinging sensation, or other times it's like a sharp shooting pain. I still can't stand it being touched or clothing on it. I got told its normal, and can last years xx

I had mine two and a half years ago and it still feels tender and numb at times. I have reached the point now where I am not convinced it will ever feel 'healed'.

with my first sensation/pain went not long after, this time 14 months later I still have pain and tenderness, it sucks...
