I have been spotting or bleeding since the day i got my BFP. I officially MCed a couple days ago, or so i presume...what day is CD1?

I had spotting 10dpo through 12dpo. I bled heavy from 13dpo until 16dpo. During that time my hCG actually went up and quadrupled in two days. By the time i got the second result back, i was done bleeding....for four days. Everyone, including doc, thought i was still happily pregnant. Then after four days i had a light bleed. And hcg dropped to 18....what day should i consider cd1?

I used opks almost right away when this happened so I could work it out. I think for me cd 1 was probably the day my hcg reached 0 and it was also the day my heavy bleeding slowed down (2 days before it finally stopped completely).

Thanks.
I was thinking about it and the day i passed this odd mud like substance was the same day hcg hit 18 and then all the bleeds stopped. So i think im going to count that as CD1. So even though bleeds and spotting started on CD 31, im going to say the last CD was 42.

Just wanted to uodate in case someone else was wondering. Other ppl told me first day of bleeding but i didnt really get that bc my hcg continued to rise even after heavy bleeds.

After my losses I always counted CD1 as the day I physically passed the sack (not sure if you were that far along or not?). Generally the day of heaviest bleeding, cramping, clots, etc

Today CM and CP seem extremly baby friendly. EW CM & H/S/O
But if i base it ofd the day i believe my hcg hit zero, i would only be on CD 7...so i find that hard to believe. If i go back to first bleed, id ve on CD 16, which normally i ov. Anywhere between Cd 17 and cd 22. So idk...maybe first bleed was more accurate. Just odd considering after theee full days of heavy bleed, my hcg actually quadruopled w a rise

Well, heavy gushes of blood today...i really dont get it. How can this be normal to bleed so much, especially after a chemical?

Wow I just saw this now! This must be very confusing and stressful for you. I hope everything goes back to normal again for you soon. xx

Just wanted to uodate again, in case anyone is looking for answers after having something similar happen to them.

I had an ultrasound done.
It revealed a 4.5CM cyst on my left ovary
It also revealed an ectopic pregnancy on my right tube

On wednesday i go in for surgery. Doc will remove my right tube compeltely :( she will remove the cyst too but theres a risk of bits of the left ovary being removed w it.
They will also burn any tissue or blockage and aearch for endometriosis....so scared and yet still grieving my loss as well as the possibolity that another LO may not ever happen again..

So sorry. In reading your post my thought was ectopic - glad to see its confirmed before it ruptured. I had one in October but had methotrexate, not surgery. From what I hear, chances of healthy baby are the same either treatment. I'm now pregnant (very early on) so it's not all bad. Take time to grieve and be kindri yourself :hugs:
