Well, ive only been off BC (nuvaring) since January, but I had a seemingly normal period beginning February 9 (cycles before BC were somewhat regular, 25-35 days). So I expected my next period to start around the 10th (today). All I've had is very faint spotting (looks old; very light brown) February 20th and yesterday March 9th. Taken 3 tests and all BFN. I was wanting to at least know what I should count as my first cycle day so I can start taking some supplements I have planned out (like soy isoflavones, ad evening primrose oil until cycle day 14, etc. )
Should I count spotting on my expected period day as day 1 (although it seems to have stopped; not an actual flow)? Or should I wait another week or two to see if "real AF" shows up?
All this waiting is killing me (haven't been actively ttc very long but waited a good year to get ready to try!)
