I've just found out yesterday that my mother has spent the whole of the 2 + years I've been ttc knitting "baby stuff". Mitts, jumpers, you name it she has made it. She says she scared to throw them away "just in case".
And then, once I got home, it was my brother in law who was visiting asking "So where is my little nephew? No sign of him yet?"
Oh dear, Oh dear
The only one who never asks is my father who says he has more sense
I wish everyone else would.
Spent the whole of the visit at my mums discussing breast milk vs powder as she insists on talking about my non - existent brood.
Christ, I just wish a pregnancy would occur, anything to break the circle.
