Oh my gosh...

Ok so I know there are like 20 thousand threads that say spotting is normal. But DH and I just had sex and I have been spotting a light reddish brownish faded color...I just broke down crying because I am still a little worried...

Everywhere I look up says it's super normal because of the increased flow of blood to cervix/female areas during pregnancy...

Anyone else have this?!

it's completely normal. you probably just irritated your cervix. my doc warned me about this. try not to worry, but call your doctor on monday to put your mind at ease

Totally normal, I wouldn't worry about it. I had that and still do. Spotting is normal, and also when you wipe. Heavy bleeding may not be.

it happened to me a few weeks ago and i knew it was an irritated cervix and normal blah blah but that didnt stop me from being absolutely terrified when it happened lol but seriously it is normal its just one of those things

I've had the same hun and it really frightened me too! Many women choose to abstain from sex particularly during the first trimester, but this is your choice. Personally, I would continue but make it gentle rather than rough. If you have any concerns though I would consult your G.P. or midwife.

Thanks ladies! The spotting went away and it was just a shock factor! I go to the OBGYN on Monday for my 1st appt!! I'm excited but there is a fear that theyll do the ultrasound and nothing will be there....ugh just like I was nervous they'd tell me I wasn't prego from the blood test!

i get it everytime, mines a pinky colour and usually by morning is gone its only a tiny amount
