I was casually washing the dishes yesterday and sneezed..and yes I did pee a little bit. Lovely! I didnt get this at all with my first pregnancy haha.

Pelvic floor exercises here I come!

This happens to me too! My first pregnancy I never had it happen but since giving birth everything's a bit messed up down there I'm rubbish at remembering to do my pelvic floor exercises too!

It's so lovely... was happening to me every single time I sneezed, but it hasn't recently. Perhaps baby scootched.

I was at the market with my husband one morning and sneezed...I nearly peed all over myself...I couldn't believe it...I never had that before..not even with my third...this is my fourth!
