Ok ladies...need your guesses :)

I have a (almost) 16 month old little girl, and we are bringing in Baby #2 due in October. Here is my latest scan (12w2-5d because they moved up my due date by 3 days).

This little peanut was all over the place, so I'm struggling with a guess based on the skull theory. Heart rate was reading 168bpm.
