ok so i'm on cycle day 18 felt crampy today, so i took my OPK as normal and this is what i got please tell me this is it even though its late in CD

From the pic I think it is there if not almost there, CD18 is definitely possible as I usually ovulate CD17. I would say its a good idea to get BDing! Good luck x
