I have briliant news.. No it's not a ... but even beter!!!!!!!!!!

My showed on her own... NO MEDS, no stress, crying, moaning, complaining, screaming... she showed by her self....

First natural AF in 20months......

I think my weight is for sure the problem!!!!!!!! weigh in today will UPDATE with weight loss so far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats! And yeah, extra weight can cause periods to stop coming on their own. So can weighing too little though as well. It may not solve your problem, but if it's helping, be safe in how you lose weight, Mommy.

Thanks girls.... I am over the moon... and it's not spotting at all.. it's almost like the is taking revenge on me for using the meds for so long.... But for someone with a AF problem im extatic!!!!!!!

But for sure... WEIGHT is my issue then.... Makes me wonder why i havn't started the eating healthy, NO SUGAR and excercise sooner

O and i was according to my last AF only due 28th of march... so my cycle could be shorter as well!!!!!!
