OMG! They've just hinted Skylar may be ready for home next week

She's 3lb 13oz and I reckon they're waiting for her to hit 4lb. She's feeding well and putting on weight. We're a tad behind due to her NEC & Sepsis last month. She's now in a cot and monitor will come off soon too.

I can't believe this day is coming soon. Happy but terrified. I have no clue what I'm doing!
