on 1st day of ff after giving up bfing... how much should i give?

Just wondering if i should go straight to the 3oz every 3 hours or start with smaller more frequent feeds as she was constantly snacking when bfing. She is only 6 days old.

I started ff wen my LO was 2weeks old I put him straight on 3oz bottles but let him tell me wen he wanted more iv always let him lead and tell me wen he's hungry iv never forced it! It works great for us and he feeds about every 2-3 hours in the day now but sleeps through the night x

She will still hit the same growth spurts (7-10 days is one of them) so you'll just have to watch her signs, it's impossible to say. I would do every 2 hours at that age personally, minimum.

Go by the box, then see if LO drains the bottle or not, if so up it by 1 oz next time xx
