It wasnt a cot death, her daughter died from a brain disease at 6 weeks old, she is called Phoebe.

And her little boy was stillborn at 27 weeks, his name is Cooper.

She is a fellow Sands Mum and her Mum has just put it on FB.

Her delivery shows baby boy Noah making a entrance into the world.
