...is having to nurse through a breastfeeding-related injury.
Little man was pretty grumpy because he's under the weather with a nasty cold, and he took a huge chomp out of my nipple two days ago and pulled very hard on it when he was nursing. I have been in agony since then, and my nipple is bright red, and the skin around it looks bruised. Even the light sensation of a bra or shirt is agonizing right now, much less having to hold DS against me for burpings and when nursing him on the other breast. Anything that touches me makes me cringe.
But I am nursing through this injury and it's agony. I have to do deep breathing when he is latched, during my painful letdown, and until he finishes. This is really awful. I hope it heals soon

You could get some arnica cream/tablets to help with the bruise heal more quickly X
