One thing after another.

first I'm diagnosed with a thyroid disorder and 2 weeks later yesterday at 4am I wake up with tears and unbearable pain. Get picked up by the paramedics and find out its kidney stones. I feel like crap and can barely move. I'm still nauseated. When would I have to go back to the er?
