Opinion on middle name

So, myself and DH have settled on the name Oscar for our LO but we're now struggling to pick a middle name.

I love the name Jack, but I've also toyed with the idea of using my DH's and Dad's name. My question is; is 2 middles names too many?

I'm thinking Oscar Jack Michael (my Dad's name) or Oscar Lewis (my DH's name) Michael. The other alternative is that we just use Oscar Jack and leave out any others. It's not a family tradition to name children after their parents/grandparents so it isn't essential to incorporate either of their names, although I do think my Dad would secretly be happy

I love Oscar Lewis Michael. I think it flows together really nicely and is a sweet way to honor your husband and dad

I think we are using 2 middle names as well. My husband also has 2. I think you can definitely do it

I like just Oscar Michael (one middle name) the best. Not a fan of the initials "OJ" personally.

I think you should use whichever person's name would be more happy about it... If you think your dad would be more excited, use his

Both of my sons have two middle names each, and so will our third who is on the way. I have two middle names myself and was always quite proud of that growing up. I say go for it!

I think I like Oscar Lewis Michael the best.
