Would love any advice you can offer,
I miscarried my baby boy in august at 18 weeks
it has been a very tough time as I'm sure it has been for all you other lovely ladies that have been thru the same thing.
So me and my oh decided we are going to try again, would you advise i try using opk to make sure im now ovulating again or wouldn't you bother?
I am on my 3rd af since the m/c not sure if that means i am oing or not.
We are trying to take a "relaxed" approach to ttc but i just feel paranoid about everything and worried i won't be able to conceive again.
