opk help..

I'm currently 12 days post mc. I started doing opk sticks a couple days ago, the cheapie ones as can't use my cbfm until I have AF after the mc. I'm confused about if I should be doing them in the morning or afternoon though. Help?

I'm new to them this cycle as well but was told to do them mid-afternoon (10-11ish) and then again in the evening.
