Opk on nuvaring

So like the title says I am currently on the nuvaring. I've been feeling very frisky so decided to take an opk. I know it's not positive but it seems awfully dark. I inserted it on cd 8 and now I'm cd 16. Just curious if anyone thinks I'm ovulating.

Just feeling weird. I'm not opposed to getting pregnant, I'm only on birth control to help put my hormones under control before starting clomid next cycle.

I'm guessing if you were ovulating the ovulation stick would be positive to indicate ovulation. Which it's isn't.
