My brother and SIL just got married a few weeks ago and have started trying for their first child. She asked me an OPK question last night that I don't know the answer to so I'm turning to you guys.
She had a positive OPK at noon yesterday that was negative again by 7pm. My brother didn't get home from work until 8 so she missed her surge. She said they tried anyway but she wants to know if she still has a chance
