I hope everyone is doing great today! Well I'm three days away from seeing my OBGYN on monday morning and so very excited
because most likely I'll be given Provera to start a period. So I want to use OPKs again just like I do every month. And I wanted some advice from everyone.
Where do you get your OPK's from?
What time of the day do you test at?
Do you test more than once a day?
Oh and do i have to not drink anything before a test for a certain amount of time?
Well as for me... the first and only cycle that I had a normal cycle was back in november 2007. I tested once a day everyday. I also charted and ovulation was detected on cycle day 18 of a 32 day cycle.
