I can't exactly tell if it means I am ovulating today. But I'm hoping!
Gotta get my charts online in sync with my tests. I'm also attempting BBT. Any suggestions?
Get a $10 digital thermometer from the local drugstore (one that reads to a tenth of a degree). Then make sure you temp the same time every morning after at least 3 hours of sleep.
I leave my thermometer right by the bed and when my alarm rings (5:40am) I grab my thermometer and take my temp. I read the temp and write it down (my new thermometer has a memory so I jsut take my temp and put the thermometer back down and go back to sleep) if I plan on sleeping late; or I get up and record it on ff before I jump in the bath.
It's important to record the temp at the same time every morning and it's imperative that you have at least 3 hours of sleep prior to waking to take your temp. If you decide you want to take your temperature at a different time - you will have to wait until the next cycle to make that change so the temps are consistent. If you review some women's charts (mine is in my signature) some women only fluctuate within TWO DEGREES each month which doesn't leave much room for error. If you start taking your temp later in the morning, you will have a little higher temp than if you took it earlier.
Of course, weekends, and the odd day happens when you sleep a lot later than normal or wake much earlier than normal. I jsut take my temps as soon as possible after waking (before getting up out of bed or hardly moving in bed at all!). Then I take this temp and convert it to what it would be if I took it at my normal time by using this converter:

Make sure that you document the time you took your temp in the charting software so you can tell which temps you've "adjusted". Solid dots are temps at your regular time, white dots are the "adjusted" or "out of the ordinary" temps.
It's really quite simple. You might need a cycle or two to really see a nice pattern and get the hang of taking your temp the same time in the morning without moving much. Even sitting up in bed can adjust your body temperature a tenth of a degree or two which can alter the pattern of your chart.
Let me know if you have any other questions - and certainly FF has a great tutorial on charting.
