Optical migraines

Anyone else here get these during pregnacy? I do and hate it! Would like to prevent them but not sure how

I don't get migraines myself, but my daughter sometimes has visual changes the doctors think are related to migraines. They suggested plenty of rest and hydration. What kind of optical symptoms do you get?

The visual aura that my dr says is a optical migraine but says there really isn't much you can do during pregnacy for them
