I'm watching it right now, I don't know if you can watch it in the UK, but it's on Discovery Health. It's super interesting!

Totally wrong, imho. She's forcing responsibility onto someone else when she pops it when the child's still young, vulnerable and dependent.

Hey, gives all of us hope though - if that old crow can do it, should be a doddle for us!

Yes.... saw this and thought.... honestly....not fair....if their body can do it why not mine.... and that poor child.... it is so wrong....

Crazy story

I had mixed thoughts. I understand her want for a child. I have that same desire at 32. If I were 70 though or close to 70 I wouldn't even consider it. If I were to live to about 80 then the child would only be 10. That is too young to lose a parent of natural causes. Also who knows how much longer she will have the ability to look after that child. There are plenty of 75 year olds in nursing homes as they aren't able to look after themselves any more. Then what happens to that 5 year old? Lose their mom and have to be placed in a different living situation. I just am glad I am not in her situation.
