Just wanted to know if anyone has a good cream recomendation for very sore nipples? There even starting to look cracked

I use the Boots nipple cream. Cheap and cheerful and really helped me the last few days when LO has been feeding for England! They got really cracked and sore, but it sorted it within 2 days, while he was still feeding!

Mine are slowly starting to crack now....hope it doesn't get to bad!! My MW actually recommended Utterly Smooth I think it's called. Its funny because my dad uses it on the cows after milking! They just put it in a nicer more 'buyable' package!

Ditto boots nipple cream. Been using it for months and have not had problems with my nipples for almost as long. I daren't stop using it!
