My 16month old has been nursing almost like a newborn recently and using lots of pressure when comfort feeding. he does a bit of gymnastics when BF too 
since yesterday I have lots of pain in my right breast, on the edge of the nipple but deeper in the tissue if that makes any sense. it feels bruised inside and it's quite painful to the touch or if I put any preassure on it.
I don't think it's a blocked duct, what else could it be? can his 'rough' manners do this?
