It's changed a few times but we have locked in our girls name - Eva Maree and the short list for boys name - Chase, Lane or Jai. Our DS name is Taj .

I can't find out for ages but my OH and all my family refer to baby as Eva haha..bet it's a boy

I love Eva! That was actually one of the names that we were going to go with if we had a girl (we were going with either Eva or Clara).

I like Chase and Lane. I think that they go well with your other children's names.

I love the name Chase, it's my younger son's name. Eva is a beautiful name for a girl, too!

Thanks so much for your opinions girls! I have always been in love with Eva - and although I know it's common/popular I have NEVER met one and there are no Eva's in my DS daycare (and there are lots of kids) so I'm sold

So far, Chase is winning the race but we have time and once we know the sex for sure then we can really concentrate on the boys names or just leave it as Eva!

Is it weird that the phrase "Chase is winning the race" has me imagining Chase in the front of the pack while his name-meaning "chases" the competition (from behind the pack) hehe

Chase and Lane are my faves of your boy names! Eva is a gorgeous name.

Is Jai pronounced like Jay or J-eye (I grew up with a Kai who pronounces it K-eye so it's throwing me off). If it's Jay then I would spell it with a 'y' and that would be my favourite.

I also like Lane.

Jai is J-eye - if it were Jay I would spell it as such but my brothers name is Jay so definitely not going with that name

Lane is my OH's favourite but I'm just not sure? We already went with a really unique name first time around and I'm just not sure whether this is too out there again & people will screw their faces up at it?

We told OH's family about the name Lane and they seem to think he would get picked on? IDK
