Out of memory at line 14 Error

This started last night on my home computer but is now happening on my work computer. I keep getting an 'out of memory' message every time this page loads.

What page do you get this error on, is it when your browsing the forum or searching? If you could help narrow down when this error occurs it would help us correct the bug.

I'm usually browsing/posting in the forum. Once it happens, it keeps happening on every single page I'm looking at (user cp, forum etc)

I get this to, but mine is line 16. It happens when I try to go to a new page, for example if I click on a thread it brings this up before opening the thread and once it starts it won't stop and you have to leave the website and come back later.
