Ovuation Pains

Hi Ladies,

i was just asking to see what every feels when they ovulate?

when i think i ovulate i get a constant stitch on one side. if this is ovulation when did i ovulate if it started this morning?

I don't think you'll know for certain. The pain could be as the follicle ruptures (but I'd expect that to be short & sharp). It could be as it ripens & gets ready to burst. Or it could be after the rupture as it changes to be a corpus luteum

Best chance you'll have of finding out is opks & bbt. Either way - pinpointing the exact hour doesn't matter as much as bd-ing before & around ov time. Good luck
