Ovulation after eptopic

Since my eptopic surgery, I have been testing daily and every time there is no line at all on my ovulation test! Im not TTC but would like to know when my body is on its way to returning to normal... Does anyone have any similar experiences and know when i'm due to get back to normal? I also heard on another thread that the ovulation sticks don't always work for some people?

any advice?
