Ovulation Cramping

Ladies that get ovulation cramping. Do you know when you personally feel the cramping compared to when you ovulate? Do you cramp before, during, or after?

I get cramping and then af shows 13-14 days later. I always assumed that the day I cramped was the day I ovulated... but now that I’m 6 months into ttc I’m wondering if I have my ovulation days off.

I know I can buy ovulation test strips or start charting to clarify for myself. Just wondering about other people’s experiences.

I never noticed o pain until dd2. I notice I get them 2 days before O day. Not an exact science but generally 2 days.
