Ovulation or Possible Pregnancy??

I miscarried my 2nd angel back in February 2015. Have had regular periods every 25-28 days. I should be ovulating now but I am having cramping in my ovaries, mainly on the left side. I also feel nauseous. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped, a small strip of red was on the toilet paper. Sore breasts and dark nipples, too. Could it be early pregnancy? Or just ovulation pains again? Thanks for the help!

Hi 2angels1baby. First I want to say that I am sorry for your losses. It sounds like you have very regular cycles. I think if it was a pregnancy from your current cycle it would take a few more days for spotting to show up. How heavy was your last period is there anyway that you mistook implantation bleeding then for a period? That happened to me with my daughter. That being said I usually don't have string O pains but this cycle I have had serious pains in my ovaries and sore breasts. I wish the best for you!

Honestly, I don't remember my last period but I'm almost certain it was normal. Normal to me is 4 or 5 days, not heavy, not light... Usually no spotting between periods, or at least none that I remember.
Also, the "spotting" isn't even spotting at all. It looks like (sorry for tmi) someone used a needle and drew about a one cm line with blood on my tp.. After that, nothing at all.

No such thing as TMI on here lol. That is difficult to say it sounds like it could very well be implantation bleeding.

UPDATE
The cramping in the ovaries turned out to be multiple cysts on my ovary. Dr also found a fibroid on the outer wall of cervix, which has been causing pain during sex..

im so sorry to hear your news, does your dr have a plan for you as far as going forward in TTC ?

So sorry it has taken so long to respond! I had forgotten all about his post..
Doc prescribed me Chlomid about 2 months ago but DH and I decided to wait until our house shopping was finished before we push a pregnancy and just let it happen if it will.
Today, 1/27/16, I am 12 days late for AF and went to OB. Took a pregnancy test and, what do you know? BFN. Once we get in our new home, we will have a better chance of conceiving since we will have more privacy lol and hopefully, this time, DH's swimmers will actually finish the race on time!
