Ovulation pain and sticky/tacky CM

I've searched and have found nothing. About CD 14 I had O pain/twinges for a few hrs and later that afternoon I had loads of sticky/tacky CM. And for 2 days prior I had excess creamy CM. The day before the creamy CM I had excess EWCM. Any ideas? Or anyone have had this? Any responses are greatly appreciated, THANKS
